From AI capability
to a learning experience.
Shaping a learning product from concept and architecture to interactions, interface language and implementation.

The product
Thinkly Studio presents an AI-enabled learning proposition spanning course creation, personalised learning, compliance and organisational learning workflows.
My contribution
I designed Thinkly Studio end-to-end: the product concept, information architecture, user journeys, interaction model and interface language. The work also connected product experience with brand, so the promise and the experience could develop together.
From concept to implementation
I worked closely with technical teams to carry the experience into implementation. The role required translating emerging technical capabilities into understandable workflows while maintaining continuity between product intent, interface quality and technical feasibility.
What this story demonstrates
The engagement brought strategy and detailed design into the same process: defining the product, structuring the experience and collaborating through delivery. The public site is linked below; confidential product screens and unverified outcome figures are not reproduced.
