End-to-end HR-Compliance Assistance

Onblick HR 360 keeps your company compliant by digitizing I9 Form, I-983 Form and PAFs. Based on your hiring practices it also recommends matching SOC codes and Wage levels for the LCA.

As the Experience Architect, I was responsible for building the whole concept and ideation the new module of the application, redefining the User Experience and studying new interactions between the User and the Interface.

Most of the work I’ve done for OnBlick isn’t disclosed to the public yet and is only available to current customers. This includes the main web application and the iOS and Android apps.

The Project

In 2018, we launched our new module ‘360 Hr’ to reflect the full functionality of the main product. I was responsible for visual design, information architecture and usability of the cross-platform application, while maintaining compliance for all the delivered functionality.
